Where the Mogollon Rim Meets Main Street
The Rim Country Regional Chamber of Commerce serves communities geographically located in the center of Arizona. Rim Country gained its nickname from the 2000 ft Mogollon Rim escarpment that towers over the area.
The towns of Payson, Pine, Strawberry, Star Valley, Christopher Creek and Tonto Village are nestled at the base of the Rim and situated in the world’s largest contiguous Ponderosa pine forest.
Tonto Basin and Young are found at the southern edge of Rim Country where the forest gives way to moderate high desert terrain. Together these communities offer a variety of opportunities to experience our western heritage and rural way of life.
